Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping.

If something is ready sooner, it moves sooner.

When available, you'll receive a tracking number with instructions.

For delivery updates, you can reach out at any time.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, it gets corrected.

If a delivery is delayed, we follow up directly.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, notify us within 24 hours and we escalate immediately.

If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement or resolution is arranged.
