How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days. Some items move sooner when ready. Full timing

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Orders over $100
automatically receive free standard shipping.
Can I pick up my order?
Miro operates online only. There is no showroom or pickup option.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping within Lebanon. International requests may be considered case by case and
require advance payment.
Products
Can I see items in person before buying?
Items are presented with detailed images and specifications. Physical viewing is not
available.
Are items new?
Yes. All items are sold new and in original condition.
Do your products have warranties?
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, it will be corrected. You can read the full

Do you restock sold-out items?
Many items return depending on availability. If something caught your eye, check back or
reach out.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery is available. Secure transfer options can be arranged upon request.
Is payment ever required in advance?
Certain orders may require advance payment.

Can I return an item?
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If we made the mistake, it gets fixed completely.
Do you offer replacements?
Defective items are replaced. Other cases are handled through the return process.
Pricing
Do you price match?
Pricing reflects sourcing, finish, and availability. Identical photos do not guarantee
identical quality.
